Muslim Map offers merchants paid subscriptions that allow them to list and promote their businesses on the platform.
The formula available is the Founder, available on a monthly or annual basis. Details of the features included in each option can be consulted on the « Pricing »on the site.
Muslim Map also provides a mobile application (iOS and Android) enabling users to search for businesses listed on the platform. Merchants with an active subscription are automatically visible on the app.
Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the site and include all applicable taxes when due.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect for subscriptions already in progress.
The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of subscription or renewal.
Any promotions are valid only during the period in which they are displayed.
Merchants who subscribe during the launch period benefit from a guaranteed rate for 3 years, with no increases.

Before confirming payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the Terms of Use.
The order becomes firm and final after confirmation of payment and receipt of a validation email.
Payment for subscriptions is made online via a secure payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or any other equivalent provider).
Muslim Map Ltd never has access to customers' banking information.
Payment is due immediately upon subscription or automatic renewal of the subscription.
In the event of non-payment, Muslim Map Ltd may suspend or terminate the account until payment is received.
Any unjustified payment dispute, in particular by opening a dispute with a payment service provider (Stripe or any other secure payment service provider), may result in immediate suspension of the account and legal action if necessary.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to disclose any proof of use of the service in order to respond to such claims.
Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term (monthly or yearly, depending on the offer chosen).
Unless terminated by the Customer, they are automatically renewed upon expiration for a term identical to the initial period.
The Customer may disable automatic renewal from their personal account before the expiration date.
The change from monthly to annual plan takes effect immediately. The annual fee is deducted in full at the time of the change. There is no refund for the current month. Any period started remains due.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account or by sending a written request to [email protected].
Any period started remains due and will not be reimbursed.
The sums paid are definitively acquired by Muslim Map Ltd and do not give rise to any reimbursement, total or partial, except in the event of a serious malfunction exclusively attributable to Muslim Map Ltd rendering the service totally inaccessible for a continuous period of more than 7 days.
Non-use of the service by the customer, for whatever reason, does not entitle the customer to any refund.
No refunds will be given in the following situations:
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. Terms of Use or GCS, fraud, attempted fraud, or non-compliant content, without refund of amounts already paid.
In accordance with the laws applicable to digital services, the Customer acknowledges that the service begins immediately upon validation of payment and expressly waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
An invoice is automatically generated for each payment and sent to the email address associated with the merchant account.
The Customer is responsible for keeping their invoices and accounting documents.
Muslim Map Ltd undertakes to provide the subscribed services in accordance with their description.
However, it cannot be held liable in the event of:
temporary interruption of the site for maintenance, updates, or force majeure; ;
loss of data or malfunction related to an external service provider (hosting provider, payment provider); ;
fraudulent or abusive use of the account by a third party.
Muslim Map Ltd cannot be held responsible for the commercial results of merchants or the legal compliance of their activities.
Muslim Map Ltd does not guarantee any commercial results, nor a minimum number of visits, customers or sales.
The platform provides a listing service, the effectiveness of which depends in particular on:

Muslim Map Ltd is not a party to the contractual relationship between merchants and their customers.
Muslim Map Ltd does not guarantee any commercial results, sales, number of customers or business performance.
The data collected during subscription is necessary for managing subscriptions and billing.

Neither party shall be held liable in the event of non-performance due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, global network failure, cyberattack, administrative decision, etc.).

The changes come into effect as soon as they are published on the website.
