By accessing the platform and submitting a business listing, the merchant acknowledges that they have read this charter and agrees to comply with its provisions.
Muslim Map is a platform that aims to list businesses and services that respect ethical values and good professional practices.
In order to guarantee the reliability of the information published and user confidence, each business is subject to manual verification before being posted online.
This verification does not constitute administrative or legal validation, but rather a check for consistency and compliance with the platform's principles.
Before any publication, the Muslim Map team verifies the following elements:
accuracy of the information provided (name, activity, contact details, website, etc.); ;
presence of appropriate photos, logos, or descriptions; ;
compliance with the platform's values (lawful, respectful, and decent activity); ;
absence of fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or discriminatory content.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to request additional supporting documents (proof of activity, links to professional social networks, screenshots, etc.) in order to verify the authenticity of the information provided. In particular, Muslim Map Ltd may request any document proving the halal compliance of the business (halal certificate issued by a recognized organization, affidavit, photos of premises or products, etc.). Refusal to provide these documents may result in refusal of publication or suspension of the listing.
No listing may be published without prior approval.
To be accepted on Muslim Map, a business must:
engage in a legal activity that complies with the regulations of the country in which it is carried out; ;
not promoting or engaging in activities that are contrary to the law, decency, or morality; ;
respect modesty, mutual respect, and kindness in your visuals, descriptions, and exchanges; ;
do not disseminate discriminatory, political, or offensive comments; ;
Do not use the platform for illegal, financial, or questionable activities.
Muslim Map is a platform dedicated to businesses that share ethical values in line with Islamic principles. Businesses whose main activity is incompatible with these values cannot be listed.
The following are strictly prohibited on Muslim Map:
content that is violent, obscene, defamatory, or incites hatred; ;
the promotion of illegal or undeclared services; ;
misleading, false, or fraudulent publications intended to scam users; ;
any content that infringes on human dignity, the rights of others, or public morality; ;
the sale of products or services that do not comply with current legislation.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to refuse, modify or delete any trade listing or content:
not meeting the above criteria; ;
reported as misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant; ;
or damaging to the image and values of the platform.
A business that has been refused or removed may be re-evaluated upon written request from the business owner, provided that sufficient corrective or supporting evidence is provided.
Muslim Map Ltd acts as a technical host for content published by users and cannot be held responsible for content published by third parties, except in the case of failure to remove clearly illegal content after notification.

Each report is reviewed manually and, if necessary, results in the temporary suspension of the listing until verification.
Muslim Map Ltd does not issue any official certification and does not guarantee the legal, fiscal or sanitary compliance of the businesses listed.
Muslim Map Ltd acts solely as a technical intermediary between merchants and users, and cannot be held responsible for undeclared practices or activities carried out without authorization.
This charter may be modified at any time to adapt to changes in the site or applicable regulations.

Muslim Map Ltd has no control over their actual activity and cannot be held responsible for their actions, services, products or legal obligations.
