However, Muslim Map Ltd cannot guarantee the legal, administrative or sanitary compliance of the businesses listed, particularly for establishments located abroad.
The verification carried out by Muslim Map Ltd is a verification of commercial identity and declarative ethical compliance, and in no way constitutes an official certification, nor a sanitary, fiscal or administrative control.
Each user is encouraged to exercise their own judgment when using the service or before entering into a contract with a merchant.
Some features are only available to merchants with a paid subscription. The plan available is Founder, available for monthly or annual billing. Pricing conditions and payment terms are specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) available on the website.
Muslim Map also offers a mobile application (iOS and Android) enabling users to search for businesses. Access to the app is free for users. Merchants with an active subscription are automatically listed on the app.
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Any breach of the GCU or the Terms of Sale may result in account suspension without refund.
Merchants can publish content (text, images, links, videos, logos) on their business listing.
They guarantee:
– to hold the necessary rights to any published content;
– that their publications do not violate the law, decency, morality, or the rights of third parties.
Muslim Map Ltd exercises a right of prior moderation and reserves the right to refuse, modify or delete any content:
– contrary to applicable law, morality, or the values of the platform;
– inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory;
– or reported by a user as non-compliant.
Muslim Map Ltd acts as a technical host for content published by users.
Muslim Map Ltd only acts as a technical intermediary and cannot be held responsible for content published by users, except in the event of non-removal of manifestly illicit content after notification. Muslim Map Ltd can only be held liable in the event of non-removal of manifestly illicit content after it has been reported to [email protected].
All users agree to:

Muslim Map Ltd cannot be held responsible for transactions, services or benefits provided by merchants listed on the platform.
Any user may report content that they believe to be contrary to the law, the site's charter, or Muslim ethics via the contact form or by email to [email protected].
Muslim Map Ltd undertakes to examine each report and to remove any manifestly illicit content as quickly as possible.
Reviews published on business listings may be moderated before or after publication.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to :
– request additional supporting documents (e.g., proof of purchase or visit);
– refuse or remove any opinion deemed false, defamatory, insulting, or disguised promotional material;
– temporarily suspend reviews in cases of abuse.
