These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u00abGTCS\u00bb) govern the contractual relationship between Muslim Map Ltd and any merchant.
(hereinafter referred to as \u00abthe Customer\u00bb) wishing to take out a subscription or pay service on the site https:\/\/muslimmap.co<\/a>.<\/p>

They specify the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of digital services offered by Muslim Map Ltd.
Confirmation of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and of the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Muslim Map offers merchants paid subscriptions that allow them to list and promote their businesses on the platform.<\/p>

The formula available is the Founder<\/strong>, available on a monthly or annual basis. Details of the features included in each option can be consulted on the \u00ab Pricing<\/a> \u00bbon the site.<\/p>

Muslim Map also provides a mobile application (iOS and Android) enabling users to search for businesses listed on the platform. Merchants with an active subscription are automatically visible on the app.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Rates<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the site and include all applicable taxes when due.<\/p>

Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect for subscriptions already in progress.
The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of subscription or renewal.<\/p>

Any promotions are valid only during the period in which they are displayed.<\/p>

Merchants who subscribe during the launch period benefit from a guaranteed rate for 3 years, with no increases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Order and confirmation\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Subscriptions can only be taken out online on the website. https:\/\/muslimmap.co<\/a>.<\/p>

Before confirming payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the Terms of Use<\/a>.
The order becomes firm and final after confirmation of payment and receipt of a validation email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Payment\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Payment for subscriptions is made online via a secure payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or any other equivalent provider).<\/p>

Muslim Map Ltd never has access to customers' banking information.<\/p>

Payment is due immediately upon subscription or automatic renewal of the subscription.<\/p>

In the event of non-payment, Muslim Map Ltd may suspend or terminate the account until payment is received.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5.1 Payment dispute or cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any unjustified payment dispute, in particular by opening a dispute with a payment service provider (Stripe or any other secure payment service provider), may result in immediate suspension of the account and legal action if necessary.
Muslim Map Ltd reserves the right to disclose any proof of use of the service in order to respond to such claims.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Duration and renewal\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term (monthly or yearly, depending on the offer chosen).
Unless terminated by the Customer, they are automatically renewed upon expiration for a term identical to the initial period.<\/p>

The Customer may disable automatic renewal from their personal account before the expiration date.<\/p>

The change from monthly to annual plan takes effect immediately. The annual fee is deducted in full at the time of the change. There is no refund for the current month. Any period started remains due.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account or by sending a written request to contact@muslimmap.co<\/a>.<\/p>

Any period started remains due and will not be reimbursed.<\/p>

The sums paid are definitively acquired by Muslim Map Ltd and do not give rise to any reimbursement, total or partial, except in the event of a serious malfunction exclusively attributable to Muslim Map Ltd rendering the service totally inaccessible for a continuous period of more than 7 days.<\/p>

Non-use of the service by the customer, for whatever reason, does not entitle the customer to any refund.<\/p>

No refunds will be given in the following situations:<\/p>
